Return Policy

Returns


At Madesca, we emphasize excellent quality assurances and credibility. All our products are inspected stringently before delivery to customers. However, if you do receive defective products from us, we will process the one for one exchange request once the below conditions are satisfied :-


1) The defects are reported to Masdesca within 3 days from delivery date. The day after we send out the item is counted as Day 1.
2) The defective product is unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
3) There is inventory availability.
4) Our staff has assessed that the damage is due to our handling.


We hope to have your understanding that we will not process any return request due to the following :
1) Change of design or colour from original confirmed order.
2) Change in size from original confirmed order.


Procedures and important notes for exchanging items:


1) Send us an email stating the reason of exchange, and item that you wish to exchange for.


2) Once the above conditions are satisfied, we will advice you the address to return the item to us. Mailing out the item must be done within 2 days after exchange request is approved.


3) Please note that for every exchange, there will be a postage and handling fee of S$3 per item imposed on customer. Payment will be through bank transfer only.


4) For item which is out of stock, buyer may wish to exchange for other items. If the item you want to exchange for is of a higher price, you will have to top up the difference in amount together with the postage and handling fee through bank transfer. Please note that if the item that you want to exchange is of a lower price, there will be no refund of the difference. Therefore, we encourage our customers to choose items with the same price as the returned item.


5) Exchange is only valid for 3 days, base on Day 1 being considered as the day after we send out the item.


6) Each purchase is only eligible to be exchanged once.



7) No exchange for accessories.


Refunds


Changes to orders can be made before payments are made. Once payment is processed for the confirmed order, strictly no refund allows. We will not be able to refund payments after you have sent your payments.
