FAQ



1) What are the payment options available?




We will only accept local bank transfer through ATM/ Internet banking. POSB fund transfer is preferred. Cash payment is only subject to discretionary basis.



2) How are the goods delivered ?



Delivery is by SingPost based on the weight of the product(s) either by Normal Mail or Registered Mail. There will be an additional $2.24 to register your mail. For normal postage, items will be sent to your mailbox. For registered postage, items will be sent to your doorstep, however if nobody there to receive the item at the time of delivery, you may contact SingPost to arrange for a second delivery or go down to the post office on the next working day to collect it personally. Article number for your registered mail could be sent to you upon request in order to check the status of your mail. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail as buyers can choose to opt for registered mail. Please allow up to 3 working days for items to be sent out. 3) How is payment made?




Payment have to be made within 2 days after you have received our confirmation mail. If payment is not received within the deadline, priority might be given to other customers who are keen on the product. Please note that items not paid within 2 days will be put up for sale again thereafter. We will reserved your confirmed order for a maximum of 2 days until you make payment.




4) When will I receive my items?





We work on a first pay first serve basis & strive for efficiency in order processing. Once payment has been made, drop us an email with the transaction reference. Please allow up to 3 days for us to mail out your order and 1 week to receive your order.





5) I have not received an item that I purchased. What do I do?



All items are sent out through Singpost and in the event that a package gets lost (items not received after 1 week of posting date), we will do our best to contact Singpost to trace for it. For registered mail, we are able to track the item and where it has been sent to. However, we are not responsible for lost mail. It is up to buyers to decide if they want to opt for registered mail. It is important to verify your mailing address in the confirmation mail. in order to prevent the possibility of lost mail.
